DPDP Compliance
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) is India’s first comprehensive data protection law, designed to safeguard the personal data of individuals while enabling responsible data processing. This page explains how The PR Tech complies with the DPDP and outlines your rights as a data subject.
Scope and Applicability
The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data within India. The PR Tech, as a data fiduciary, collects minimal personal data solely through automated means such as website analytics, cookies, and server logs. No user registration, account creation, or manual data collection occurs on this website. All processing is limited to improving content relevance and site performance.
Your Rights Under DPDP
Under the DPDP, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data held by The PR Tech
 - Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
 - Right to erasure of your personal data
 - Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated
 - Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity

Note: Since The PR Tech does not store identifiable personal data beyond anonymized analytics, most requests will result in confirmation that no data is held.
How We Comply
The PR Tech complies with the DPDP by:
- Collecting only non-identifiable data through third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
 - Ensuring all data processing is lawful, fair, and transparent
 - Implementing technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access
 - Not retaining personal data longer than necessary
 - Not sharing data with third parties for commercial purposes

Data We Process
The only data processed includes:
- IP addresses (anonymized)
 - Browser type and device information
 - Pages visited and session duration
 - Cookie identifiers (for functional purposes only)

This data is aggregated and anonymized. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information are collected or stored.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing under the DPDP is legitimate interest — specifically, to ensure the website functions properly, analyze traffic patterns, and deliver relevant content to our audience. No consent is required for this type of anonymized processing under Section 13 of the DPDP.
